Part of the Community
LaForce is proud to be a part of the community and is excited to give back! LaForce is an avid supporter of the United Way—each summer, we proudly sponsor one week where we promote the organization to our employees and encourage them to give back to the community they're a part of. There is always something exciting; contests, door prizes, etc., however we don't lose sight of those we aim to help.
LaForce is also involved in other charitable and non-profit organizations. Our founder, Joe LaForce, instilled the importance of being a part of the community and also donating our time and money. We continue to practice this.

- Over 50% of employees have been with the company for 5 years or more—and 50% of those employees have been with the company 10 years or more!

Company Events
At LaForce we like to have a good time, whether its at work or after hours. Some of our company sponsored events include a formal employee recognition party, an employee golf outing, a family picnic, a holiday party and much more!
The formal employee recognition party is held every Spring for employees and a guest, where we enjoy a wonderful dinner, recognition awards and entertainment.
Every summer employees and a guest enjoy a company golf outing with a little friendly competition, prizes and a cookout. For those non-golfers, there is still plenty of fun events to attend! We also have a family picnic each summer. Holidays are also exciting with an employee party to celebrate.
Each employee will enjoy department events throughout the year. These include baseball, hockey games and other fun nights out.
